Got the same budget and big superior king room with character booked online, thoroughly enjoyed that. Its location was marvellous and stunning, the in house barbeque 13 restaurant, and in a lovely area. Also, Cleveleys Front Promenade was 2 km away.

I enjoyed this good all round hotel and stayed for 1 night here. Booked standard king room, that was provided with bedroom and a seaview plus comfortable beds. The location of the property was particularly good, close to everything short walk to beach. Also, this venue was situated 2 km from tourist destination like Bispham Parish Church. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Paid gbp 7 per 24 hours to access the net, though Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Fairly clean hotel, very very nice personnel, sensational breakfast. Budget superior king room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Bonus point for a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV set with satellite channels. Great location in a lovely area, not far from the centre, all the bus stops and train station and the magnificent views across the Exe estuary from the dormer window.

The venue's location was incredible, near to Exmouth from 50 years ago, all the bus stops and Sidmouth and Lyme Regis among other pretty and quaint places.
